Due to a recent promotion, I am seeking an Assistant Head to add pastoral capacity to the Senior Leadership Team within one of the highest performing Secondary schools in the region.
Role Overview:
Widely recognised for academic and sporting achievements, they are a mixed comprehensive school in a great catchment who are making positive progress. They are keen to introduce a robust, pastoral leader with responsibility for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
Experience as a DSL would be desirable but not essential.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you’ll be under the direction of the Headteacher and benefit from the support of a fantastic central Trust team, school improvement team and your fellow leaders from other schools across the organisation.
Initially this will be a fixed term post for two terms with the potential to go permanent.
