Senior Leadership

The SLT (Senior Leadership Team) has a key focus on: leading, school improvement priorities, monitoring staff development, pastoral support and teaching and learning. These roles can also widen to cover areas such as safeguarding or Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).

It is the role of the SLT to deliver the school’s key mission and direction and work with the local community in the aim of delivering a positive education experience for pupils.
